Ancient afrique and religion antiquities

Standard

Feed my thoughts, touching on roots today with this topic, “african antiquities” sparked off my week when this text was shared.

For the vast civilizations that existed in Africa. Christianity existed in Ethiopia long before there was the “Church of England”. Islam existed in Africa before it even reached outside of what is today the hinterland of Saudi Arabia. Libraries and universities existed in Islamic cities such as Timbuktu, where advance mathematics and astrology were studied. In Ethiopia for 100s of years the Kebra Negast was written in the only surviving African native script Ge’ez. Ethiopia was the only African nation to actively repel colonialism and is one of the world oldest continuous civilizations.Africa has always been part of the Biblical, Jewish and Islamicworld. It was a common site to see Ethiopians in Rome or anywhere in the “known” world. Modern day Israel was also a site for Ethiopian pilgrimage and Mecca was for Muslim Africa. The historical trip of Kanka Musa was said to alter the economy of every state he passed through on his way to Mecca. So the story of Africa we are still clinging to is Victim Victim Victim. Mansa Musa clearly and utterly demonstrates not only that Africans were powerful, but also international. Mansa Musa remains the only man in recorded history to singularly control the gold value of the entire Mediterrian and was one of the richest men in history.

Some of the most notable civilizations in human history come out of the Nile Valley in Africa, of these we know KMT (Ancient Egypt) and Nubia. Still today Western historians, as in the past, have tried to deny the African identity of these kingdoms,
which are geographically located in Africa. Yet no one has seriously said Greece was not a European civilization, or Ancient China was not an Asian civilization. So this double standard is the legacy of the whitewashing of Africa history to satisfy the myth that Africa is outside of humanity, civilization and thus suitable for harvest by more advanced nations.

The denial of African agency has had a profound impact on how the world sees general history in the context of the African agent. Christian history is African history ( Aksum). The history of World civilizations is the history of Africa. The history of Islam is the history of Africa (1st Hijirah, Sokoto, IslamicSpain), you cannot divorced one from the other. The history of humanity is an African history.

Text s/o for this to Master Yoda who shared it… Leading to me finding a documentary on Youtube on this topic regarding “ancient african antiquities” below on youtube focusing on Axum from the jump a visual to train the thought.

It is precisely because of my love for humanity that I get enraged at systems that prevent people from flourishing ~sic (Nyle Fort) #quotes

Standard

It is precisely because of my love for humanity that I get enraged at systems that prevent people from flourishing and being free. It’s frustrating to see my righteous anger at unjust systems misinterpreted as hatred for individuals, but it’s more frustrating to see the oppressed suffer while those maladjusted to injustice remain silent. I won’t be silent. Silence is violence.

Fear the Walking Dead Season 3 starts this week, we doing it again, Preacher Season 2 starts at the end of June before Cleverman Season 2 and Game of Thrones season 7 in July. In this post we’ll also check Netflix for June, some other favourites from this week, a look into reading Berserk manga books ahead of the anime on Tokyo TV episode this weekend, other channel interests too besides announcing a possible page closing.

This maybe the last post up i make from the domain http:///meang.net this month or forever, expect new websites from me to be announced on my twitter handle… i can’t be optimistic anymore about it but it’s to settle down and do what else i do here, read and watch not mentioning listenng and producing. The latter online could result in a migration to the sound studio webpage i setup http://legendaryxrecords.co.za/ hoping not to create a copyright confusion or infringe on credits of others, all this will be solved this winter.

GothamSo this week on FOX (US) Tuesday’s Episode of Gotham Season 3 Episode 20 we’ll continue from Lee injecting herself with the Gotham created Alice Tetch virus and Bruce Wayne returns… Had a moment thought that Gotham was feeling or looking like NBC Days Of Lives’ Salem during the times of Stefano and Marlena, when watching Penguin and The Riddler for a split second boring and then entertaining again.S03E20

  •

  • Outcast The Outcast Season 2 Episode 9 on CineMax, Kyle Barnes is a stupid hero, the type to tell the bad guys everything the enemy needs to know… I hate what he did in the last episode and it’d be okay to be in the possessed audience at this moment. I’m not going to spoil the story any worse than I already have.

Berserk (2016)The return of BERSERK with new WOWOW TV episodes is a special case this year and 2016 … Here I am because of BERSERK’s new TV episodes… the action in episode 09 when the Berserk Armour is finally televised which is at Vol 26. Chapters 240 and 241 The Berserker Armor Part 1 and Part 2 and Gutts now getting stronger better and feeling no pain just anger and hate. As a hexed ex loyal member of the Hawks or against the founder Griffin, the witches forest now under attack and the Immortal Zodd facing off with the Dark Knight. Friday  S02E10 –

Berserk (2016)

  • Attack on TitanSaturday on MBS Season 2 of Attack on Titan now on episode 10 and the task force tries to rescue their titans, Ymir and Eren, it’s an exciting race which should have action seeing the last episode was all dialogue and we got to see that Reiner has pretend to be human so long now that he has gone mad schizo, confusing those around him by the way he thinks.

Fear the Walking DeadThe spinoff from The Walking Dead returns to AMC on Sunday, from the dreaded embarking from a zombie hotel in Mexico, i’ll have to get ready for this…

Dear White PeopleCable GirlsAmerican Gods

We get through mayhem, tempted to watch this past sunday’s premiere of American Gods before completing this post but that would be pop ironic, delaying and so procrastinating on the next new post, maybe after I watch American Gods…

Alright, so I just finished some of this week’s latest episode(s) off The Simpsons and Into The Badlands, besides Ajin Season 2 on Netflix, I didn’t binge kray-crazy on Netflix asa sit down to Dear White People AND Cable Girls was just looking like a ton of social commentary over a long weekend. I’ve reserved myself with these stored now for my during the week.life daytime save, and even though suggested for entertainment. Couldn’t but notice their topics centrall, also me posting this relating to it, this week from Monday, women; black people and white people, LGBT rights and writing on reading on watching. The get along and not dwell on these factors faced much with dialogue or social commentary related to Trump issues for the whole post. Writing this on a Monday D-Illuminati-Day Labour-Day first day of May May-Day, 2017. This week’s series’ episodes favourite attractions looking ahead …

The new Star Trek Discovery series has also started and I wait to get to it but it will have to pass for now…GothamStar Trek: Discovery

Upcoming series episodes this week TVShowtime

  • Continuing this Monday –

S03E16 – Bruce Wayne’s clone is activated and Jim Gordon follows his family’s covenant or not, will find out.

  • -another week’s adition of weed and laughs, with my funniest Chicago stoners favoured.

  • what happened 30years ago when the darkness first arrived?

Started reading the comic to spoil the series, enjoyed both, related to Kyle maybe… glad to see season 2 for whatever they did on TV, they took it from the comic, so for more fun I read the comic Outcast and just like

Gripped I maybe by last week’s 3 episodes from Hulu, gripe too toonly get 1 episode from this week onward weekly.

☝️☝️☝️ it’s always hardwork when viewing oppression, of any humankind sooo when addressing twomen’s oppression yes I prefer to hear from some a less bias directing view, if wondering where the black actors are for The Handmaid’s tail, I am noting. This may come back to bite the production in the 3rd eye, will kepp watching if not read the book by — Margaret Atwood

That fiction mixed with black consciousness. Black beauty dosage

There’s a princess held for ransom and how this saga is going to play out is why there’ll anticipated excitment.

Magic, fairies, trolls, demons and men of war in this life and the after. Last week’s episode based on astral projects and that maturity was a deep discussion i liked very much.

I will not, cannot explain start from E01 to understand…

…Someone described this series as the superior if compared to Ironfist, and a perfect replacement to The Walking Dead by AMC…

The Hills Have Eyes: The Beginning information

Before choosing sides between good, evil an ugly when watching The Hills Have Eyes, note the effectsof Depleted Uranium. DU is a carcinogenic that lasts in the air and soil after the impactof war, caused by erosion of recycled uranium use for bombs, ammunition and many other military mechs… The comic novel published through Harper Collins for Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray’s writings sketched by John Higgins (Before Watchmen) in 2007, had me digging out the late Wes Craven’ The Hills Have Eyes from 1977 and wondering if Mr Craven was also trying to warn/educate us about Radiation too? Like the novel does…

Monster Stews

Standard

Easter Sunday early morning shopping at the meat centre in Sidwell aka Dasie area known as Springbok. My thoughts one energy drinks, prefering soft drink caffeine Score guarana instead of cups of coffee when driving early. Also here to stoke support team Red Bull before the Bahrian International Circuit Grand Prix Main Race. Mercedes Benz and Ferrari at top grid positions, hail team Red Bull, underdogs so impressing me I went and read Asterix comic #9 Asterix and the Normans. At the fridge I check, NO Red Bulls!? I ask around the staff and nobody knows like they sorry, maybe no Red Bull. English and Latin Word play for aeons. Was there energy drinks when René Goscinny did this?

Some query I CAN have to research online maybe today after this. Not one to endorse the drinking of Energy Drinks, yet the magic potions at super powered corporate rate measured dosages found often over priced, and Obelix got the deal like envy even if fat. So before buying Red Bulls, there’s a price slash of a variety, besides the Monster Energy cans, there’s this Omnibus about Asterix and Obelix worth every ink drop… stocked up these read for peace of mind before the available small Red Bull cans in store.

While the Monsters get cleared out. I thought, Gummi Bears was an amazing animation growing up, and the few qualified mental working friends that I thought made life safe to spew to think trash and say what’s on my mind recommended the Family Guy, now years past it’s an animation I have to catch up second to The Simpsons, The Cleveland Show, SouthPark,American Dad, Archer, not to mention still finishing Blade of Immortal…now even thinking Anime, Manga, list will go on and on. Until we mixing Gummi Bears in vodka, Lord Help Us Not To Drink Drive or Smash!
